Weekend (Friday 16:00 until Sunday 16:00): €300

Midweek (Monday (16:00 until Friday 11:00): €350

Week (Friday 16:00 until Friday 11:00): €550.

The above rates are valid from 1 to 4 persons. From the fifth person onwards there is a surcharge of €15 per night per person.

The following goods are included in the price:

• The use of electricity and gas

• The use of water

• Cleaning after departure

 Please note that bath, kitchen towels are not included.

An advance of €150 is requested, as well as a warrant of €150.

The remaining amount should be paid upon arrival. (We kindly ask you to pay in cash, since we do not accept credit cards.)

The  reservation is only valid after receipt of the advance and the warrant.

After the stay, there will be an inspection of the state of the accommodation. The warrant will be repaid immediately after a positive check.

The warrant can be retained after identifying:

•  Damage to the Holiday home or furniture

• Not washing the used dishes

• Not respecting the agreed departure hours

It is strictly prohibited to smoke in the residence.

Pets are not allowed.
